Bulk Import Students

Badgie lets you import multiple students from an Excel or CSV file.

What the file needs:

1. One row per student with columns such as first name, last name, email, phone, date of birth or category; Badgie recognizes the usual headers
2. If a student has no email, Badgie generates an internal one for them
3. Siblings who share a family are detected in the preview

The import process is quick and simple.

1. Open the student importer from the setup missions on the Dashboard
2. Select your Excel or CSV file
3. Check that each column is mapped to the right field
4. Review the preview: valid students, siblings and generated emails
5. Confirm; sending welcome emails is optional
